Grace E. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the iGaming and gaming industries. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Light & Wonder since October 2019, Grace E. previously held positions at SG Gaming as a Contract Specialist and at Shusaku Yamamoto as a Legal Associate. Grace E. has a strong foundation in litigation, having managed various criminal and civil cases, as well as in arbitration, supporting proceedings through research and document preparation. Earlier career roles include Junior Associate positions at Fortun Narvasa & Salazar and Follosco Morallos & Herce, and internships at notable legal entities. Grace E. holds a Doctor of Law degree from Ateneo Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines.
