Akshatha Ranganath has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Akshatha began their career as a Software Engineer at Wipro in 2010, where they worked on a maintenance project using C++ and GIT version control system. Their responsibilities included planning, development, testing, and documentation. Akshatha remained in this role until February 2014.

In 2014, Akshatha joined SG Digital, a division of Scientific Games Corporation. Akshatha started as a Senior Software Engineer and later took on the role of Development Team Lead in April 2019. As a lead software engineer, they worked in a distributed agile team, managing day-to-day tasks, prioritizing work, and resolving blockers. Akshatha also facilitated various agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, planning, grooming, story pointing sessions, and retrospective sessions. Their work experience at SG Digital is ongoing, and they continue to contribute as a Development Team Lead.

Akshatha Ranganath attended Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology.
