Ashraf Ghazaly has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Ashraf began their career in 1996 as an Analyst at Qualcomm. In 1997, they moved to Fleming CIIC Investment Securities (Now EFG Hermes) as Deputy Managing Director. In 2002, they were Managing Partner at CB, Middle East. In 2007, they became CIO at Palm Hills Developments SAE (PHD). In 2014, they were appointed CEO & MD at NI Capital. Most recently in 2019, they founded and became Group CEO of Lnddo Digital Lending Limited, a subsidiary of Lnddo Holdings which obtained a banking license from Abu Dhabi Global Market (FSRA) to provide and arrange credit solutions for underserved SMEs in the MENA and GCC Regions.

Ashraf Ghazaly has an extensive educational background. In 2008-2009, they attended London Business School, where they completed an Executive Development Program in Corporate Finance. From 1996-1997, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from California State University. From 1991-1996, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management from the same university. Additionally, from 1991-1995, they earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from California State University.
