Shih-Hsiang Ting has worked in the field of data engineering since 2011. From 2011 to 2013 they were an Intern at Mitac International Corp. During this time they gained experience in Big Data system design and development. From 2013 to 2017 they worked as a Software Engineer at Institute for Information Industry. In this role they worked as a researcher in Big Data solutions and gained practical experience in Big Data. Since 2017 they have been a Data Engineer at LnData, INC.

Shih-Hsiang Ting obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Chung Yuan Christian University between 2007 and 2011. Shih-Hsiang then obtained a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology between 2011 and 2013. In 2015, Shih-Hsiang Ting obtained an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer certification from Oracle.
