Jay C. has an extensive work experience beginning in 2004. Jay started with FarEasTone as a Project Manager, where they managed the I-mode handset product life cycle, specified handset specs, coordinated testing workforce, and provided marketing and sales training. In 2005, they moved to Era Communications as a Special Assistant to the Chairman. In 2011, they became the CIO of Cashbox Corporation. In 2014, they joined the Board Of Director at Taiwan land development Co. and in 2015 they founded and became the CEO of LnData, INC.

Jay C. began their educational journey in 2001 when they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Information System from Pace University. Jay then pursued a MS in Computer Science from Fordham University, which they completed in 2003. After that, they enrolled in The Graduate Center, City University of New York, where they are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science. Additionally, Jay C. has obtained two certifications from Coursera: R Programming in 2015 and The Data Scientist's Toolbox in 2014. Jay is currently enrolled in National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, where they are working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Graduate Institute of Management.
