Erica Pearce is an experienced professional in sales and team management with a strong background in the financial services and lending sectors. Currently serving as Head of Sales at LMS since November 2022, Erica previously held the role of Head of Intermediary Relations at First 4 Bridging from September 2020 to November 2022. Prior to that, Erica worked at Together as Intermediary Telephony Sales Manager, overseeing a team of Relationship Partners, and at CarFinance 247 as Operational Team Leader. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Think2Claim and Gregory Pennington within the Think Money Group, where Erica managed teams and handled customer financial reviews. Erica began a career in customer safety and service with XL Airways as Purser. Education includes an HND in Business Studies from Conway Park College earned between 1998 and 2000.
