Edmund Price serves as the General Counsel at LMCG Investments since March 2015, overseeing all legal matters for the SEC-registered investment management firm. Prior legal experience includes roles as an Attorney at Axiom, where advisory services were provided to major investment management clients, and as Deputy General Counsel for Hancock Natural Resource Group, focusing on private funds and compliance. Previously, Edmund held senior legal positions at Manulife Asset Management and Declaration Management & Research, two notable firms in the investment sector, and started the legal career at John Hancock Financial Services and Debevoise & Plimpton, gaining significant expertise in securities regulation. Edmund holds a J.D. with High Honors from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. cum laude in Political Science from Colgate University.
