Holly Minne has extensive work experience in various financial and managerial roles. Holly started their career as an Accountant at Range Center, Inc. in 1994 and then moved on to become a Controller at L&M Radiator, Inc. in 1995. In this role, they were responsible for preparing monthly and end-of-year consolidated financial statements for multiple plant facilities.
After their tenure as a Controller, Holly Minne joined Cleveland-Cliffs in 2008 as an Accounting Manager. Here, they ensured consistent financial reporting and integrated mine accounting information into the company's consolidated financial statements. Holly also developed and maintained budgets and prepared reports comparing budgeted costs with actual costs.
In 2012, they took on the role of Business Support Manager-United Taconite at Cleveland-Cliffs. In this position, they managed budgeting, forecasting, capital procurement, and cost management. Holly also led the upgrade of the Ellipse ERP system to improve continuity across mine sites and played a key role in the consolidation of the general ledger for companies acquired through mergers and acquisitions.
Holly Minne returned to L&M Radiator, Inc. in 2014, this time as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they completed a $25 million building expansion project and supervised and supported functions within the accounting, purchasing, and inventory control departments. Holly also oversaw the issuance of financial information and reported results to the board of directors, executive management, and third-party requirements. Additionally, they utilized transfer pricing to take advantage of tax savings between foreign plants.
Most recently, Holly Minne has served as the VP and General Manager at L&M Radiator, Inc. Holly has utilized their expertise to manage the overall operations and has demonstrated effective leadership skills. The duration of their current position has not been specified.
Holly Minne received their education in Accounting and Finance. Holly first attended Hibbing Community College from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree. Holly then went on to The College of St. Scholastica from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
In addition to their education, Holly has obtained several certifications. In 2003, they graduated from the Hibbing Chamber Leadership program offered by the Hibbing Chamber of Commerce. In 2011, they completed the Dale Carnegie: Skills for Success program. Most recently, in February 2020, they completed the MN Chamber Leadership Program offered by the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce.
