Nic Taylor serves as Co-CEO at LLSE since September 2024, having previously held the position of Director of Programmes at the same organization from September 2021 to September 2024. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Nic Taylor worked as a Leadership Consultant at Taylor Leadership Consultancy from September 2015 to September 2024, and held multiple roles at Brook Learning Trust, including Interim CEO, Education Director, and Co-Principal. Nic Taylor was also Principal of Rye College and Vice Principal at The Hayesbrook School, contributing significantly to curriculum redevelopment and instructional leadership. Nic Taylor's educational qualifications include a Mini MBA from Birkbeck, University of London, and a National Professional Qualification for Headship, alongside an M.A. in Effective Learning and a PGCE from the University of Cambridge.
