Michele Sowden-Mehta FCCT NPQEL is a seasoned educational leader currently serving as Senior School Improvement Lead at The Golden Thread Alliance since January 2023 and as Executive Coach at LLSE since May 2023. Previously, Sowden-Mehta held the position of Headteacher at The Pathway Academy Trust from September 2020 to January 2023 and served as Lead Principal Primary, Principal, and Head of School at Turner Schools from June 2017 to August 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Head of School and Deputy Head Teacher & Associate School Leader at REAch2 Academy Trust from September 2015 to June 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Canterbury Christ Church University (2005-2008) and a NPQEL in Educational Leadership and Administration from Leadership Learning South East (2019-2021).
