Dave McGovern is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as Design Lead for Insurance at Lloyds Banking Group since June 2018, focusing on simplifying complex savings and investment products. Prior to this role, Dave was the Head of Marketing at Redington Ltd, where efforts were concentrated on promoting financial security for 100 million people. Dave’s career includes significant positions such as Head of Marketing at Hymans Robertson, Independent Consultant for Scottish Widows, and various marketing leadership roles at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, Standard Life, and Scottish Widows, where strategic marketing, business development, and client engagement were key responsibilities. Education was completed at Musselburgh Grammar School from 1985 to 1991.
