With a comprehensive background that includes leadership roles such as Senior Director of Product Design and Research at Secureworks, where Esther directed a team of over 30 to enhance a cybersecurity platform, and previous positions at GoTo and JPMorgan Chase & Co. that involved overseeing design strategies for critical financial technologies, Esther has consistently driven innovation and improved user experiences across various sectors. Esther holds a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and has contributed significantly to award-winning design initiatives throughout a career that spans over a decade.
