Bea Schofield FRSA currently serves as the Chief Technology Office and Innovation Lead at Lloyds Banking Group since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Wazoku from March 2016 to March 2023, where responsibilities included Director of Customer Innovation and various consultancy positions focused on innovation management. Additional experience encompasses a Customer Success Manager position at Aidbuilder (now iRaiser) in 2015, a similar role at Journl in early 2015, and a User Success Analyst role at Import.io from June 2012 to November 2014. Bea also worked for the UK Government as a researcher for Lord Bilimoria and held roles at Kusiri Ltd and the Environmental Investment Organisation. Educational qualifications include a Strategic Innovation certification from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and an MSc in African Studies from the University of Oxford, alongside a BA in Art History from the University of Leeds.
