Roger Murray currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Lloyd Sadd since January 2023. Prior to this role, Roger held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development for Alberta at Aon from December 2009 to January 2023, where the focus was on providing data and insights for better decision-making. With extensive experience in the insurance sector, Roger served as Regional Sales Manager for Commercial in Northern Alberta at Canada Brokerlink, overseeing a team of 35 and managing commercial insurance solutions. Additionally, Roger acted as Branch Manager for the Kingsway Branch, leading a team of 45 with significant sales achievements. Earlier roles included Marketing Manager at Canada West Insurance, where Roger managed regional marketing strategies, and Marketing Coordinator at Canada West/Canadian Surety Insurance, focusing on product development and pricing. Roger obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Alberta between 1988 and 1992.
