Emily Worrall DIP CII has extensive experience in the insurance and customer service sectors, currently serving as AGI Performance Manager at Lloyd & Whyte since March 2015, where roles have included Claims Operations Manager and Claims Team Leader. Prior to this, Emily worked at Cover-More Group as Customer Service & Sales Team Leader, specializing in travel insurance. Previous positions include Front of House at Wivenhoe House Hotel and Guest Service Advisor at Bourne Leisure, where customer service excellence was a priority. Emily holds a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute, alongside earlier qualifications in insurance and travel and tourism.
