Paula Patton has extensive experience in human resources and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Minnieland Academy since August 2008, Paula oversees various employee benefits and relations while also managing property and financial operations. Prior to this role, Paula was an HR Manager at Bistro L'hermitage from July 2008 to October 2023 and held positions in hospitality management, including General Manager at Todd English's OLiVes from 2005 to 2008, and Assistant General Manager at The Occidental from 2003 to 2006. Paula holds a Human Resource Management Certification from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Frostburg State University.
