Andrea Lance is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in managing recruiting functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at OMG23 since November 2021, Andrea oversees the entire Talent Acquisition practice and leads a team of professionals. Prior to this role, Andrea spent over 16 years at RPA, advancing from Recruiter to Senior Talent Manager, where responsibilities included full life cycle recruitment for mid to senior level roles and leading initiatives to enhance the recruiting strategy. Additionally, Andrea held positions in human resources at TBWA\Chiat\Day. Andrea holds a B.A. in Communications from Loyola Marymount University.
