Shalini Hariharan has extensive experience in Salesforce technology, currently serving as a Salesforce Technology Lead/Architect at LL Flooring since April 2022. Prior to this role, Shalini worked as a Senior Salesforce Engineer at Cognizant and MetLife from March 2021 to April 2022. Before entering the Salesforce domain, Shalini was a Senior Software Engineer at SLK for a brief period in late 2020 and held the position of System Engineer at Accenture and Tata Consultancy Services between 2008 and 2014. Shalini holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Thiagarajar School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Lady Doak College.
