Jennifer Meska has over 20 years of experience in merchandising and buying roles. Jennifer is currently the Head of Merchandising at LL Flooring since June 2023. Before that, they worked as the Director of Merchandising from September 2020 to June 2023. Prior to LL Flooring, they held various positions at Claire's, including Global Buyer for Handbags and Fashion Accessories, Global Buyer for Technology Accessories, and Buyer for Personal Accessories, Technology, and Cosmetics. Jennifer also worked as a Merchant at Chico's FAS, Inc. for Knit Tops and at The Limited in roles such as Merchant for Ecommerce, Associate Merchant for Sweaters and Brand Integration, and Assistant Merchant. In addition, they gained retail experience as a Store Manager at The Limited from 2001 to 2005.

Jennifer Meska attended Edina High School from 1995 to 1997, where they did not pursue a degree or field of study. Jennifer then went on to study Historic Preservation at the University of Mary Washington from 1997 to 2001, earning their BA.
