Additionally, Charles has served as Senior Vice President of Technology Merchandising and Business Services at OfficeMax and as Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Global Sourcing at Office Depot. Earlier in the career, Charles was President of Diversitech Group/Apollo Tools. Educational background includes studies at the City of London Polytechnic, now known as Guildhall University.
