Sophie Bond is the European HR Director and Head of HR Business Partnering at LKQ Europe, based in Zug, Switzerland. She oversees a remote team of European HR Business Partners, the European Talent team, and the HR Management team in Katowice, Poland. Prior to this role, Sophie was the Head of HR Business Partnering at Euro Car Parts Ltd. where she managed a team of HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team, and HR Administrators across the UK and Ireland. Sophie also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at ManpowerGroup, specializing in logistics managerial recruitment. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Leicester and is currently pursuing her Chartered CIPD Award in HR. Sophie is also a certified Mental Health First Aider through MHFA England.
