Phil St Pierre has been serving as the District Manager at LKQ Corporation since January 2001, overseeing operational management for the Ontario and East Coast regions, with responsibilities including financial reviews, budget preparation, marketing, branch operations, and employee management across ten locations. Prior to this role, Phil worked as Operations Manager for Factory Stores at Black & Decker from June 1990 to January 2001, where responsibilities included the establishment of Factory Stores and financial management. Phil holds a College Diploma in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting and Related Protective Services from Loyalist College, as well as a Certificate in Traffic, Customs, and Transportation Clerk/Technician obtained through a Customs Brokers License, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Human Services with a focus on Non-Profit, Public, and Organizational Management.
