Aditya Ranjan has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Aditya started their career as an intern at Greenpeace India in 2014. Later, they had an internship at brand-comm in 2017. In 2018, Aditya worked as a summer intern at Ogilvy & Mather, where they focused on client servicing and planning for accounts like ITC, Amazon, and Titan international. Aditya also interned at Viiking Ventures Pvt. Ltd., where they worked on brand building and digital marketing for Goa King's beer. Aditya served as a campus ambassador for Coursera from 2018 to 2019. Aditya'sresponsibilities included promoting Coursera's services on campus. In 2017, they joined Manipal Academy of Higher Education as a placement representative for the Manipal Institute of Communication. During their time there, they facilitated job opportunities for students, maintained relationships with past recruiters, and attracted new companies to recruit from the institute. Finally, Aditya currently works at L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, where they have progressed from a brand associate working on the Hero MotoCorp account to senior brand associate and now, as of July 2023, brand director.
