Don Neff is the President and CEO of La Jolla Pacific, Ltd (LJP Construction Services), a position held since April 1993, demonstrating over 35 years of expertise in construction quality assurance across various economic cycles. Leading a skilled team serving homebuilders, developers, investors, general contractors, and insurance companies, Don has contributed numerous articles on construction quality assurance to industry publications. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager and VP of Development at Woodcrest Development, Project Manager and VP Residential at Thomas Brothers Development Company, Vice President at Consolidated Capital, and Financial Analyst at Winthrop Financial. Don also began a career in planning as an Assistant Planner with the Franklin County Planning Commission. Educational credentials include two Master's Degrees in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University and a Bachelor's Degree from Western Washington University in City & Regional Planning with a minor in Economics.
