Vincent Roger is a Senior Agribusiness Advisor at Lixia Capsia Gestionis, providing expertise in the development of innovative cold chain models for Sub-Saharan Africa and financing strategies for climate-smart agriculture. Vincent serves as Team Leader for the BRASCO Local Sourcing Project, focusing on sourcing strategies for local grains in the Republic of Congo. Current work also includes serving as a Livelihood Restoration Specialist for the Sierra Leone FG Gold mine and as a Cashew Value Chain Investment Consultant for Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture. Previous roles include Regional Director of Program Development and Senior Technical Director at CNFA, and extensive experience in agricultural development since 2005, emphasizing value chain enhancement and rural finance models. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Agri-food Sciences and an Engineer’s degree in Agri-food Industries from Montpellier SupAgro, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Population and Ecosystem Biology from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
