Victor Torres has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Victor started in 1997 at EAG Realty, Inc. as a Licensed Real Estate Associate/Managing Partner. From 2002 to 2009, they worked as a Licensed Real Estate Broker at EAG Realty, Inc. In 2010, they became the CEO/Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate at P.U.R.E Investments, Inc. and also started working as a Managing Partner at URBANEA MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC. Additionally, they served as Vice President at Sunshine Financial Group from 2011 onwards and was previously the Secretary/Licensed Mortgage Broker from 1997 to 2011. In 2019, they co-founded Livo.

Victor Torres earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Miami Dade College, which they attended from 1991 to 1994. Following this, from 1994 to 1997, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in International Relations at Florida International University.
