Colin Wilcox currently serves as the Director of Environmental Health at Livingston County, New York, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Public Health Specialist and Public Health Assistant within the same organization. From March 2015 to September 2023, Colin worked at Once Again Nut Butter Collective, progressing from a Food Production Worker to QA Lab Technician and then to QA Lab Technician/Sanitation Supervisor. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from SUNY Brockport (2019-2021) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Food Technology and Processing from Genesee Community College (2016-2018).
