Previously, Debbie held various roles at Andek Lubrication Systems from April 1992 to July 2002, where a small family-owned environment allowed for diverse responsibilities. Earlier experience includes working as an Inside Sales Associate at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from 1978 to 1992, where Debbie initially engaged in full-time sales before continuing on a contractual basis. Debbie's educational background includes studies at Gaston College and Central Piedmont Community College.
