Christopher W.

Chief of Staff at Living Optics

Christopher W. has extensive work experience spanning over several industries. From 2023 onwards, they served as the Chief of Staff at Living Optics. Prior to this, they held various roles at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, including Vice President of Synthetics Operations, Prime Services Operations. Christopher W. has a diverse education history with a focus on strategic management, leadership, and battlespace technology. In 2003, they attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. In the same year, they also achieved a City & Guilds Graduateship (GCGI) and a Professional Recognition Award in Leadership and Management (NQF Level 6) from City & Guilds.

In 2015, Christopher pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Battlespace Technology at Cranfield University, which they successfully completed in 2018. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained a Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (QCF) from the Chartered Management Institute.

Christopher continued to enhance their qualifications by acquiring various certifications. In 2014, they gained a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner certification from APMG International. In 2015, they obtained an APMP certification from the Association for Project Management. In 2016, they became a Managing Successful Programmes, MSP® (2011) Registered Practitioner, also from APMG International.

Furthermore, Christopher acquired additional certifications in defense systems training from the UK Ministry of Defence. In 2014, they completed the Defence Systems Approach to Training - Defence Training Manager course, the Defence Systems Approach to Training - Needs Analysis course, and the Defence Systems Approach to Training - Scoping Exercise course.

Most recently, in 2019, Christopher earned another Post Graduate Diploma in Battlespace Technology from Cranfield University. Christopher also obtained a certification in The Science of Well-Being from Yale University in 2021.
