Barbara Stegmann has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations.

In 2016, they served as an intern at SRH Heidelberg Gründungs-Institut.

In 2017, they participated in the Merck Accelerator program at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany.

Barbara was also a co-founder of living brain Specht, Stegmann GbR during the same year.

From 2019 onwards, Barbara has held multiple positions. Barbara is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of living brain.

In 2019, they became a Sigma Squared Society Fellow at Sigma Squared Society.

In 2020, Barbara Stegmann took on the role of host for BlackBox - Der PsyCrime Podcast, which focuses on true crime cases and their psychological backgrounds.

Barbara Stegmann pursued their education at SRH Hochschule Heidelberg from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended Ricarda-Huch Gymnasium from 2004 to 2014 and completed their Allgemeine Hochschulreife (general university entrance qualification).
