Kimberly Bender is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources and special education. Currently serving as a Job Coach in the Vocational Program at Living and Learning Enrichment Center since September 2022, Kimberly focuses on empowering adults with disabilities through workplace-based training that emphasizes job, life, and social skills. Previously, Kimberly worked as a Paraprofessional in Special Education at South Lyon Community Schools from September 2016 to June 2022, providing support to cognitively impaired students and assisting in various educational and personal development areas. Additionally, Kimberly possesses a strong background in human resources, having held positions at Ford Motor Company, Automotive Components Holdings, and Visteon, focusing on labor relations and human resource planning. Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, both from Michigan State University.
