Melvyn Garrett ACA is the Deputy Chief Executive at LiveWest, a housing association managing over 40,000 homes in the South West of England, a position held since June 2013. With extensive experience in operations, finance, and strategy, Melvyn has previously held senior roles at Motorola, including Director of Finance & Operations EMEA and Finance Director for various divisions. Melvyn's career began at Honeywell as a Treasury & Finance Manager and included positions at FIRST GROUP PLC and Motorola in various finance-related roles. Melvyn earned a BA Hons in Business Studies from London Metropolitan University from 1977 to 1981.
