Nancy McCartney, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR has a wealth of experience in human resources, spanning various industries. Nancy currently serves as the Owner/President of HR Bridging, a division of McCartney Resources, LLC, where they lead a team of HR experts in providing comprehensive HR solutions. Prior to this role, Nancy held positions such as Vice President of Human Resources at Weller, Senior Human Resources Consultant at Weller, HR Director/Client Business Partner at Propel, HR Director/Operations Manager at Windsor Health Group/Sterling, and Human Resources Benefits Manager at The Cliffs Communities. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, and strategic HR planning. Nancy brings a strong understanding of operations and business acumen to all their endeavors.

Nancy McCartney holds an MBA in Finance, General from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Phoenix from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their academic background, Nancy also possesses additional certifications, including the Women's Leadership Institute from Furman University obtained in May 2015. Nancy also holds the Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and the SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
