Charles Fritsche is an experienced professional in the field of supply chain and operations management, currently serving as the Area Facilities Manager at Livestock Nutrition Center LLC since August 2023. Prior to this role, Charles held various positions at Cargill from 2016 to 2023, including Location Fulfillment Manager, Plant Manager, and Assistant Plant Manager, with a strong focus on multi-species animal feed manufacturing and team leadership. Previously, Charles worked at DCP Midstream for eight years managing supply chain operations and capital projects, leading a team of 45 professionals, as well as performing strategic procurement duties as a Senior Supply Chain Buyer. Charles began a career in supply chain at LCRA, Applied Materials, and early at Cargill, building a robust skill set in procurement, analysis, and operational leadership. Charles holds a Supply Chain Management certificate from Colorado State University Global.
