Nirali Amin is an experienced leader with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and driving customer success in the technology and finance sectors. Since August 2015, Nirali has served as SVP, Global Solutions at LivePerson, overseeing a global team dedicated to enhancing user experiences through conversational and generative AI. Prior roles include SVP, Global Solutions and Success, Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, and various positions within Westpac and Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where responsibilities ranged from optimizing online sales processes to managing operations for institutional banking. Nirali holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting and Business Law from Edith Cowan University.
