Jed Reinitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Technical Product Management for Conversational AI at LivePerson since April 2019, Reinitz has held various roles within the company, including Sr. Director and Director positions. Prior to LivePerson, Reinitz was Director of Product Management at ProQuest, overseeing the Bowker data products and ProQuest Ebook Patron experience. Reinitz's earlier tenure at Amazon spanned nearly six years, where responsibilities included managing product development for Kindle and Amazon Independent Publishing. Reinitz began a career in the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation, leading new media initiatives. Educational credentials include an MBA from UW Foster School of Business and a BA in Geology and History from Oberlin College.
