HR Business Partner at Livent

Stephie Foo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Legal Secretary at Harvey Son & Filby Solicitors, where they handled administrative tasks, provided customer service, and assisted clients with migration law knowledge. In 2010, they joined Truetel Communications as an HR Manager, responsible for recruitment procedures, team management, employee relationship management, and recruiting channels. Additionally, they worked as an Account Manager, handling software manpower outsourcing and project management. In 2014, they joined Advance Auto Parts as an HR Generalist, supporting the expansion of the Taipei Office and overseeing car parts purchases. Later that year, they moved to Groupon Asia Pacific as an HR Business Partner, managing HR aspects in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, focusing on areas such as onboarding, organizational change, performance management, and talent development. Stephie also led HR teams in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and liaised with global HR teams. In 2018, Stephanie worked at Ubisoft as a Human Resources Business Partner, and from 2020, they joined Bondebond (Chankor Pte. Ltd.) as a Part-time Company Secretary while on a career break, remotely assisting founders in project and marketing services. Currently, they are working as an HR Business Partner at Livent, starting in June 2022.

Stephie Foo completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at National Chung Cheng University. Stephie then pursued a Master of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management degree at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Stephie has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge.
