Paul Graves serves as President & CEO of both Arcadium Lithium and Livent since May 2018. Prior to these roles, Paul held the position of EVP & CFO at FMC Corporation from September 2012 to May 2018. Paul’s earlier career includes over a decade at Goldman Sachs, where Paul was Managing Director and held leadership roles such as Global Head of Chemicals and Co-Head of Natural Resources for the Asia-Pacific region. Additional experience includes positions at J. Henry Schroder & Co, ING Barings, BSkyB, and Ernst & Young. Paul Graves earned a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from Nottingham Trent University between 1989 and 1993.
