Allen Toadvine serves as the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Livengrin Foundation since November 2022. Prior to this role, Toadvine was an Attorney at Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLP from July 2020 to December 2022. Toadvine's extensive legal career began as a Partner at Marte and Toadvine, a position held from October 1984 to July 2020. Toadvine earned a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law between 1976 and 1979 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Catholic University from 1972 to 1976.
