Shannon Lindstrom, AINS has over 18 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Shannon is currently working as a Member Support Associate at Lively, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Post Insurance as an Account Manager from October 2020 to September 2021 and as an Assistant Account Manager from January 2020 to October 2020. Shannon also worked at Ballard & Co Inc Insurance as a Customer Service Representative from July 2019 to January 2020.

Before joining Post Insurance and Ballard & Co Inc Insurance, Shannon held various roles at Berkley North Pacific Group (a Berkley Company). Shannon served as a Senior Claims Service Representative from April 2017 to April 2019 and as a Claims Service Representative from November 2015 to April 2017.

Shannon's early career started at Great West Casualty Company, where they began as a Claims Support Specialist from April 2003 to December 2005. Shannon then transitioned to the role of Subrogation Assistant from December 2005 to August 2013, where they handled various tasks such as filing claims, managing documents, answering calls, and supporting attorneys and subrogation specialists.

Throughout their career, Shannon has gained valuable experience in member support, account management, customer service, and claims handling.

Shannon Lindstrom, AINS, completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Science Studies at Boise State University from 2005-2015. Additionally, they obtained the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) certification from The Institutes in August 2017. In September 2019, they also acquired the Resident Producer License for Property & Casualty from the Idaho Department of Insurance.
