Kristin D'Alba has a work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Kristin is currently working as a Senior Program Manager at Lively, Inc. since May 2021. Prior to that, they gained extensive experience at Goldman Sachs, where they held multiple roles. From May 2018 to April 2021, they worked as a GSAM Multi-Asset Solutions Associate. Before that, from November 2016 to April 2018, they served as a Securities Division Operational Risk Analyst. In their earliest role at Goldman Sachs, from July 2014 to October 2016, as an Operations Analyst, they successfully revamped internal processes, resulting in improved efficiencies and headcount savings. Kristin also standardized control-oriented tasks to mitigate trading risk.

Kristin D'Alba earned a Bachelor's degree in Chinese & Mathematics from Georgetown University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. During their time at Georgetown, they also had the opportunity to further their knowledge of the Chinese language and culture by studying at East China Normal University in 2012. In 2021, Kristin D'Alba pursued a Certified Health Coach degree from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
