Alex Cyriac's work experience begins in 2004 as a Systems Programmer at Fujitsu. In 2006, they joined GlobalCollect as an Implementation Manager and later transitioned into the role of Business Development Manager, staying with the company until 2010. From 2011 to 2013, Cyriac worked at WorldPay as the Vice President of Business Development. Following that, they served as the Head of Operations at Justworks from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, Cyriac co-founded Lively, Inc. and assumed the position of CEO.

Alex Cyriac attended UC Santa Barbara from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
