Santiago Stacey has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2005 when they were an English Teacher at Enshi Technical College and a Project Assistant at the Foundation for Development and Cooperation. In 2007, they were an Event Coordinator for Multisectorial Program UNAIDS and also co-founded and managed the first entertainment magazine in Ecuador, UIO2 - Guia de Entretenimiento en Quito. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Partner/Co-Founder at TVEN Digital - Publicidad Interactiva and an Account Manager at Me To We Style. In 2011, they founded EC Foods and in 2013 they became the Co-Founder & CEO of LiveKuna.

Santiago Stacey has a diverse educational background, having studied International Relations and Diplomacy at Bond University from 2002 to 2005, Postgraduate Marketing Management at Humber College in 2011, and Mandarin Studies at Fudan University from 2006 to 2007.
