Kostiantyn Volkov has a long history of work experience in the technical support and customer service fields. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Customer Support Representative for Zone3000. In 2013, they interned at Ukrtelecom, JSC. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Upclick as a Technical Agent and Customer Service Representative (Billing Tier-1). In 2018, they worked for both AbsoluteVizion as a Technical Support Specialist and Aviolinx as a QA Engineer / Technical Support Specialist. In 2019, they worked as a Chief Support Manager for Partida Services OÜ. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Livegenic as a Technical Support Team Lead, where they were responsible for creating solutions that enable innovative, interactive communication and collaboration. Currently, they are a Technical Support Team Lead at GlenFlow.
Kostiantyn Volkov attended the Uniwersytet Szczeciński from 2015 to 2016 as part of an international student exchange program, studying Management. Kostiantyn then completed a Master's degree in Economic Cybernetics from the Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics from 2014 to 2016. Kostiantyn'sBachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics was also from the Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, from 2010 to 2014. In addition, Kostiantyn Volkov holds certifications from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) for an EF SET English Certificate 85/100 (C2 Proficient) obtained in December 2019, a graduation certificate from the Компьютерная школа Hillel (IT School) obtained in September 2019, and Aviolinx GDPR Compliance Training obtained in June 2018.
