Gaurav Kumar has extensive experience in incident management, currently serving as an Incident Manager at both BOLD and LiveCareer since September 2019. Prior to these roles, Gaurav worked at HCL Technologies in the Infrastructure Services Division from March 2016 to September 2019, and at Wipro Ltd. as a Technical Support professional from July 2015 to March 2016. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University, completed between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, Gaurav achieved a 10th Standard qualification from De Nobili FRI in 2009.
