Their professional journey started at Amazon, where they worked as a Technical Support Specialist from October 2016 to March 2017.

Bala Kiran Manthri completed their Masters degree in Data Science from Dalarna University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Information Technology at Malla Reddy Institute of Technology and Science from 2012 to 2016.
