Mark Templeton currently serves as the Director of IT & Security at Brazos Presbyterian Homes HCI, a position held since December 2014, initially starting as a contractor. Prior to this role, Mark was the IT Manager for Global Help Desk at Weatherford from September 2012 to January 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing global help desk operations and developing IT support center strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as the IT Manager for the Global IT Service Center at Halliburton from August 2005 to September 2012, focusing on global service center operations and incident management process coordination, while also being a member of the Help Desk Institute Strategic Advisory Board. Mark is currently pursuing education at the University of Oklahoma since 2010.
