Scott Roberts is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as Chief Enterprise Architect and SVP, Head of Software Engineering at Live Oak Bank since 2019, Scott has previously held significant positions including Vice President of Software Development at thinQ by Commio, and Director of Software Engineering at both Brightly and Blackboard/AlertNow. Scott's career began at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc., evolving from Software Engineer to Application Architect. Scott holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Florida State University.
