n¨ªkh M. is a DEIB Program Manager at Live Nation Entertainment, overseeing Diversity & Inclusion operations, strategy, and logistics since September 2013. In this role, n¨ªkh M. manages budgeting, communication strategies, project planning, event production, and data analytics. Previously, n¨ªkh M. served as Department Manager, responsible for forecasting and financial planning for 18 corporate divisions, collaborating with the CFO, COO, and departmental leadership. Prior experience includes working as a Finance Analyst at Community Partners, where n¨ªkh M. processed accounts receivable for over 160 departments and generated monthly P&L reports and audits. n¨ªkh M. holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
