Jalaam Robinson is an experienced ticketing and box office professional with a strong background in sports management. Currently serving as the Box Office Manager at Live Nation Entertainment since August 2021, Jalaam previously held the position of Ticket Manager with the Rome Braves, where responsibilities included event creation, inventory management, and staff oversight. Jalaam's career also includes roles as a Ticket Fulfillment Specialist with the Atlanta Braves and various positions in box offices and athletic departments. Jalaam earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Old Dominion University, complemented by experience in customer service and team sports sales.
